I was extremely pleased with Sir Grout's work on my primary bathroom. The grout in the bottom rows of my shower had failed, there was a spot in the shower floor where tiles were replaced and the grout had turned gray, and though I had sealed my pennyround floor grout, it stained very easily. Scrubbing it was a multi-hour task that I dreaded. I am a pretty handy person and I strongly considered doing the work myself, but I'm so glad I didn't. Manny from Sir Grout did a much better job than I could have ever done. And he did the work in one day, instead of the week (or more) it would have taken me. I am thrilled with the epoxy coating on my penny-round floor grout. It doesn't absorb water and stain anymore, and my shower looks as good as the day it was first installed.

Trent, the estimator, came out beforehand to explain what would be done and the cost. We scheduled the job and Randy was right on time, even giving me a courtesy call that he was on his way. Tim came out to do an assessment that was clear and honest about the treatments that could be done. When our technician Randy arrived to do the work, he was on time, conscientious of keeping the rest of our house clean, and most importantly made the grout in our shower look brand new. Randy was our technician. He was ahead of schedule and texted us to see if he could come 30 min early, which was great for us. He did a great job, cleaning, treating, and sealing the marble floor in our shower. It looks much better, with no soap scum left behind, clean grout, and a consistent scratch-free matte finish as we requested. He advised us on how to clean and maintain our marble. We will not hesitate to call Sir Grout again as needed to keep our marble looking great and we will ask for Randy!
