If you want it done right the first time, hire Sir Grout. They did thorough work and got it "right" the first time. I worked with Christopher on the initial quote, and then, coincidentally, another Christopher did the actual work over two days. Fantastic experience all around. Both of them have incredible attention to detail, and you can tell they take real pride in what they do. I had to coordinate this while out of town, and I felt completely comfortable trusting Christopher in my home for two days while I was away. The finished product met my (very high) expectations, and the price was fair given the sheer amount of labor involved. "Do it once, do it right". They brought back the life and color to a large walk-in shower tile that another guy had ruined by scraping it and using acid. My shower used to always look like it had mineral deposits even when scrubbed clean. Now, it looks rich in color and "wet" how it should. I just wish I had used Sir Grout from the beginning. Thanks, guys!
I recently had by master bath shower and and the grout in my kitchen between my backsplash and counters redone.
I'm very pleased with the work that was done. The technician who came out was very detail oriented, professional and finished the job every quicker than expected. Both jobs came out fantastic! Even though my shower wasn't terrible it's now so beautiful and neat and clean. I love it!

I had a wonderful experience with Sir Grout. Randy was so polite and professional, he was on time and finished the work in the time frame that was given. My master bathroom shower and floor tile are pristinely clean and look brand new. We bought a preowned home and a lot of grout was missing from the shower floor and there was organic growth that I could not remove with cleaner. I am so pleased with the work done by Sir Grout and highly recommend their services.

Randy was very thorough and I love the way it looks when it was finished. There is one area where I would have preferred clear caulk versus white caulk.
