I used this company because the tile I chose when we built our home 10 years ago showed every spot, and just wiping it only made smear marks. There was no spot cleaning at all. When mopping, I literally had to swipe the mop over each tile several times, wait till it dried, and sometimes the spot was still there. It has been a big stress for me because I want everything clean.
