General Manager, Tim Bagget
Tim Baggett is Sir Grout of Dallas Fort Worth's General Manager. His fascination with the home improvement industry began when he was young. While growing up, Tim would help his father with different projects and try his best to understand the process behind them. This practice helped Tim become capable of analyzing complex concepts and procedures, a skill that he would later put to use throughout his career.
After graduating from the University of Oklahoma, Tim worked as a factory representative and quality control contact for some of the biggest cabinetry and flooring companies in the United States. He also worked as the National Training Manager for a well-known manufacturer of kitchen cabinets and flooring, a position which required him to travel internationally for several years.
Working for some of the biggest flooring companies in the world taught him that not all floors need to be replaced. Sometimes all it takes is some TLC to get them back in shape. This vision aligns perfectly with Sir Grout. As a General Manager of Sir Grout of Dallas Fort Worth, Tim's top-notch customer service and home improvement expertise will be put to excellent use.

Yenly has been an invaluable member of the Sir Grout team for over 8 years, starting her journey as our Digital Marketing Account Manager. Throughout the years, she has transitioned into several key roles, eventually becoming our Operations Manager. Her tenacity, determination, and persistence have played a crucial part in our success as a franchise, and she consistently demonstrates an unwavering commitment to the company's growth and development.
